At Party Speakers, we want to ensure your event never misses a beat, which is why we offer a 30-day return policy on all high-fidelity audio equipment. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return your item in its original packaging for a full refund or exchange.
Initiate Your Request
Log in to your account and navigate to the 'Order History' section to select the item you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Pack the Speaker
Securely place the speaker and all included accessories, manuals, and cables into the original factory box to ensure the unit is protected during transit.
Attach Shipping Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of the package, ensuring no previous shipping barcodes are visible.
Receive Refund or Exchange
Once our technicians inspect the returned unit at our warehouse, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your replacement within 3-5 business days.
